CALIBRATION Calibration of instruments and pair

We perform the service of calibration of wrenches, dynamometer screwdrivers and manual and pneumatic bolts. The instruments can be fixed, adjustable, snap-in, analog or digital.

The laboratory is equipped with a portable bench, equipped with two primary sensors that allow coverage of the measuring range up to 1,000 Nm, with two different scales.

In case of customer service, the certificate is issued at the same time as the calibration and is available on the Unilab portal.

THE RESULT OF A CALIBRATION OPERATION ON MEASURING INSTRUMENTS MAY BE:

A Calibration Certificate. In this case, the laboratory must have an UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and the procedure for calibrated size must be included in the accreditation table published on the Accredia website. The acronym that distinguishes the Accredited laboratories is LAT (Laboratorio Accreditato di Taratura), followed by the number of the Centre. Unilab is LAT 229 Centre.

A calibration report. In this case, while maintaining the setting for which the calibration result must contain a chain of comparisons with declared uncertainty, the document is not drawn up in accordance with an accredited procedure, but according to technical procedures established internally by the laboratory which, usually, fall within an ISO9001 certification field.
